Great place for a family to stay while visiting Niagara Falls! Everything you need, and 15-20min drive to everything in Niagara. House is well-appointed, new, and the owner/checkin/out process was great! Would definitely recommend.

Had a good experience and house met our general needs very well. Communication was excellent. Livingroom space could have more comfy seating but general aesthetic of the house is beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean.

Close to Niagara.

Brand new house - missing some amenities

The house is brand new which was nice but some of the listed amenities are misleading. The listing said there was outdoor furniture but, in fact, there is not a patio or deck in the back yard - just 2 chairs on the front porch. The listing also said there was a coffee maker but, in fact, only a single serving Keurig. There was ample seating for dining (2 dining tables for a total of 12 people), but the smaller living room only sat 5. These things made it a little difficult for our family of 8 adults but we made it work. I thought the beds were a little on the firm side, but the rest of my family thought it was fine. The host was responsive and easy to deal with.

The house was perfect. We had family fly in from Mexico and everyone loved the property. The neighborhood was quiet. It’s only a 15 minute drive to the falls and far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The house was the perfect size and just as advertised. Would definitely recommend.

We had a good stay, the home was nice and met all of our needs for our 2 night stay. If you go to Walmart shopping for groceries take a bag or 2, we were not aware they don’t provide bags.

Golf with the Gals

We are a group of 7 - 8 women who get together for week of golf every year for the past 15 years. This year we selected the Niagara area. This property was perfectly located to see us travel 30 minutes or less to each of the 5 golf courses we played. Wine tasting, Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake were all enjoyed during our week. The house was perfect for our group size and well equipped with amenities. Air conditioning was appreciated during the heat wave and we prepared dinner in most nights. The host was very responsive to any questions we had, which were few. We recommend this property.

Great property for family stays

The property is very modern, spacious and clean. The property manager is also very friendly and respectful for our needs with flexible checking in time. The only concern is that some of the kitchen utensils need replacing or minor repairs to better enhance guests experience.
