Spacious, clean and excellent view
We ( 2 families with 3 extended family members) stayed in this property for 2 nights. The positives: CLEANESS: this place is very clean, especially the bed and bedsheets. SPACIOUS: the photos are very accurate. Plenty of room for our party of 11 to relax individually or as a group. VIEW: It has balconies which provide 180 degree view of the water. One night there was fireworks, and we had the perfect view for that! LOCATION: only 2-3 mins walk to the water and 5 mins to the shops and restaurants. BED: the bed in master bedroom is the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in all short term rental stay. We all had good night sleeps there. The room for improvements: PARKING: the ad stated “Complete with 2 parking spaces”, but in fact they are just visitor or street parking. Be aware of that as you don’t get a secured parking or locked up garage. Blocked drains in the ensuite basin and kitchen sink Couple of loose tiles near the the front door and kitchen. LIFT: there is only one lift for the building and on the day that we checked out, the lift was out of order. So everyone needed to walk down 6 flights of stairs with luggages, including 2 seniors who are over 75 yo. It will be a risk if lift is essential for you. Overall we had an enjoyable time with our stay.
