There are 12 mattresses in total (this can be increased if required). Please note 4th bedroom is open room but separate to living/dining.
Located directly opposite rock pools at the entrance , has awesome beach views and virtually direct beach access.
Large groups welcome, small social gatherings allowed. no loud music or drunken out of control parties allowed. We do allow controlled get together's including bucks, hens, schoolies - bonds applicable and rates vary.
LINEN is not included we can hire it for you for a nominated fee from a professional Linen Company or you can byo.

This property is located directly in front of ocean baths at the entrance, and what you're hiring is the entire TOP FLOOR which is ONE APARTMENT. There is a large balcony which is only accessible from the apartment and is completely private
There are 3 bedrooms; each have a queen bed and a floor single mattress. The fourth room has a double bunk bottom and single top as well as floor single mattress. There is also a double sofa in the living room. And 2 other floor mattress which you can put were you see fit.

THE FRONT GATE IS TO REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES 11. NO WET FEET OR BODIES ON TO THE CARPET AREAS. 12. PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGES ASAP 13. All Bookings subject to a minimum cash bond of $1000 per booking or $100/head whichever the greater. This will be returned as soon as the cleaner has been through to confirm no damage. Also if any of the house rules are broken the bond will be be kept in full and not returned for house rules 1 and 2, for house rule 3 the bond will be reduced according to number of extra guests, and for house rules 4-12 the bond may be reduced according to severity of the damage or impact in result of breaking that particular house rule.

Our stay at the property was absolutely wonderful, property was clean and lived up to all our expectations , definitely recommend to stay with family and friends as the property is spacious the views are to die for. Samara was a pleasure to deal with , thank you 10/10
This property was such a great stay, the landlords were so helpful and friendly (thank you guys again). The stay was only for 3 days however my family had such a great time, the penthouse was stunning, such a beautiful stay that we have booked in our next stay for 2022 - our bond was returned in full and we cannot wait to come and holiday again! Thank you again guys :)

we had bad experience staying there, several issues - broken panel on kitchen ,blocked draines in showers , cockroaches crawling out of drain , small lawn at back also had hidden cig butts, beer bottles
Would 100% not recommend staying here! They scammed bond money
Do not stay here! The lady is a absolute nightmare to deal with she will make you transfer bond money into her account before giving you access to the property then will not give your money back or return your calls even when the place was left in perfect condition. I was also told to ‘go jump’ when asking for my money to be returned. Please look elsewhere

The Bond money was not scammed, you simply broke every single house rule that we have put in place to protect our property and our neighbors. The NSW government has now issued warnings against repeat offenders of short term holiday rentals. Meaning we must set rules and they must be followed. Its very simple otherwise we loose the right to host other guests which then impacts on our livelihood. When you booked you were given a list of house rules that you read and signed and agreed to follow we also discussed these with you over the phone. we were woken up at 130 am in the morning by the neighbors complaining of all the noise that you were generating, we called and messaged you then to turn off the music. we have a zero tolerance for noise after 11pm, its a residential area and the neighbors have a right to sleep in comfort all night.
You smoked in the house which we have zero tolerance for. we want our place to be completely smoke free , we have a right to that entitlement. and you simply ignored that, the cleaner took twice as long to clean after you left, she reported smoke ash through out the house and a broken towel rail, we hire the same cleaner for the last 2 years so they know the apartment back to front. You had extra guests which we were not told about.
We welcome all groups of people into our home with respect and expect the same in return . The house rules are in place to ensure our home remains available for other holiday makers. We simply stopped taken your calls as you were becoming threatening and abusive and we simply do not tolerate it. You went to social media and also began sending misleading comments. We have been hosting lovely guests in this property for over 3 years and to put simply YOU were our worst.
We stayed in this property for an event for my sister. Simon and his family were nothing but helpful, even allowing us to visit the property beforehand so that we could plan decorations etc. Communication was amazing as was the property itself.
Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area.
