Beautiful house, was very spacious and views to die for. There's lots of lounges and breakout areas to chill. Kids (and adults) loved the pool table and table tennis. Beds were comfy and linen clean. The floors were a bit dusty but otherwise, pretty happy with our stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this house in Terrigal! We booked it for a two-night stay, and it was perfect. The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and had plenty of room for all of us. The host was super responsive and helpful, and the location was just stunning—so close to the beach and shops. I would absolutely recommend this place for a big group getaway

What a fabulous stay we had! Loads of space for groups to either spread out or enjoy all together, with a gorgeous ocean view from the top 2 levels. The house was spacious, beautifully presented, and easily accommodated the three families who stayed. There were several separate living, dining, and entertainment areas, which made it easy for everyone to relax together or enjoy their own space when needed.The views from the balcony were stunning and the location of the home is only a short walk to the beach.The internal lift was a good added feature, making moving between levels easier when needed.

We had a fantastic long weekend in this four‑storey fabulous home celebrating a 50th birthday with our extended family. The lift to all levels made access easy for everyone, and the amazing ocean views plus an easy walk to the beach made the location perfect. The house comfortably slept our group of 18 people, with the bunk beds great for both adults and children. The chef’s kitchen on level 4, complete with a BBQ just outside, made catering for the whole crew easy, and the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit meant we could cook, relax and whale‑watch together. It was an ideal setting for a large family lunch. The kids were entertained for hours with the pool table, table tennis and the old‑school arcade games (Frogger, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders and more). The decor is beautiful, and there are plenty of quiet nooks where you can slip away for a moment to yourself. Rob, the owner, comes across as very down‑to‑earth and was responsive and accommodating with any requests, and Nadia (“the hostess with the mostest”) gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property and made sure we knew how everything worked. We would happily return for another special family occasion. We give our ridiculously fabulous Cococabana holiday stay 5 s. So glad we have found this place !!

The views were simply breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.The house itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and spread across four levels with plenty of room for everyone. It was exceptionally well-equipped with absolutely everything we could have needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance, utensil, and convenience imaginable, making it feel like a true home away from home.The beds and linen were luxurious and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. There were multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, making it ideal for larger groups or multiple families while still providing plenty of space for everyone to relax.The property was spotless on arrival and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Every detail had clearly been considered to ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay.The host Robert was wonderful—friendly and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and communication was always prompt and helpful.We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious waterfront escape.
