NOISE
THIS IS A STRICT NO PARTY HOUSE, no bucks, no hens, or footy weekends. We understand that every group is different we cannot afford to take the risk and we do not make exceptions.

The property is situated in a quiet and private cul-de-sac street back on to a natural Reserve. Council regulates outside noise, to ensure the neighbourhood retains its quiet and peaceful outlook and that neighbours aren’t disturbed.

There is no amplified music allowed outdoors at any time.

Socialising outdoors is allowed until 10pm, after which guests need to move indoors.

Pool equipment and central air conditioning upstairs are on a timer overnight to comply with council noise regulation.

If this interferes with your weekend away plans, then please do not book.

We use NoiseAware technology to monitor the decibel levels outside the house, as well as 2 outdoor security cameras.

In cases of noise complaints that are not addressed on request, we reserve the right to use contracted security patrol cars to remove all guests from the premise mid-stay with no refund.
