The house is in a great location, golf course literally outside your back yard, a few venues in walking distance and house has 3 living areas, if your with a large group, there's plenty of space for everyone.

We had a great stay and the house was perfect for our group. Could do with more reclining chairs in the garden.Location is perfect, close to the beach.

Great property for a family weekend

We had three families - 8 adults & 3 children here for a weekend & found the property to be more than big enough for all of us. The facilities were great, and the location was perfect. Definitely recommended for a family stay!

Spacious house in a great location, ideal for families or groups

Fairways is a large and well-appointed property with plenty of room for families or groups. The plunge pool and games room are a bonus, and it's an easy short walk to Shelly Beach. Highly recommended!

Great winter break

The location and standard of presentation in the property were great. Enjoyed golf right at the back gate and lovely walks to the beach. Would definitely come back in summer to enjoy the pool and outdoor space more.

Family Getaway

Two Sydney families on holidays for 1 week! Fantastic location, spacious house that suited all ages! Walk to the beach, sit on the back patio and watch the golfers go by, a swim in the pool and BBQ for dinner, relaxing stay for everyone!!

Good spot! Easy to golf, beach, restaurant, the house is a good size for multiple families and the outdoor space though not huge it was good for kids to still play in and the undercover area was perfect!

Lovely beach stay with beautiful rooms and amenities!

We had such an amazing time at this property, however there were a few issues with the cleanliness of the place when we arrived, as there were a few big garbage bags of rubbish sitting in the garage that smelt horrible and dripped liquid when we attempted to move them, and there was a cigarette butt in the middle of the floor in the upstairs living room as well as a plate under one of the beds and various rubbish around the house such as old makeup wipes and bandaids. Overall though it was lovely and would definitely recommend.

Best short holiday we ever took

You will feel at home as soon as you set foot into the place. Everything that you want is there. My only complaint is about the weather & there is nobody to complain to about that. We cannot recommend it enough.
