A well stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a feast or just heat up a pizza, with the inclusions of a dishwasher, built in expresso coffee machine and large smeg oven. The Toukleyboathouse also provides access to free Wi-Fi, Foxtel and entertaining quarters to watch your favourite movies.Not into movies, this room also provides a board games/ table tennis for all ages.

Fancy a walk, a short stroll to local pubs, and restaurants while the car is parked away with fully fenced and secure off street parking for 4 cars; or jump in the car and within a 5km radius you have access to local beaches and all the Coast has to offer.

Restrictions
Toukley Boathouse is located in a residential area therefore please restrict outside noise after 10pm.

Use of outdoor fire pit is not allowed when total fire ban is inforced .Total Fire ban in force from 31st October 2025 till 31st March 2026 ($2200.00 on the spot fine by NSW fire services ) if found to be lighting fire pit.
NO Fireworks allowed on property.

Only Guests on original booking to stay overnight due to safety and fire Issues.
Please be aware of changing weather conditions on the lake before using Kayaks and paddleboards as lake can become choppy.


No smoking and vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited within the house.
No Illegal drugs on the property
Extra cleaning fees if evidence of smoking inside
All non motorised water equipment is free to use at your own risk.
Children are to be supervised at all times around the waterfront.
The use of our jetty is at your own risk during your stay.
No Glassware and open bottles on the jetty at any time during your stay. Please be aware that the lake is shallow therefore no diving off the Jetty.
