It features an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, high end appliances, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom and enough space for the entire family plus friends to enjoy their hassle free hideout.

After spending a day on the mountain skiing or hiking come home to a quiet neighborhood and be surrounded by Tahoe's beautiful natural charm, short drive to Heavenly Mountain and easy access to the local attractions this is the prim location for your families next adventure.

The house also has a foosball table, PS4, and plenty of kids toys and books to keep all the family entertained while enjoying your evening in front of either of the two beautiful gas fire places.

Please note the home is fitted with outdoor motion security cameras for your safety.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom has 1 Cali King, large flat screen TV and on suite bathroom.
Second bedroom has 1 Queen size bed
Third bedroom has 1 Queen size bed
Forth bedroom is the bunk room with a twin over double, pull out couch and TV, ideal for the kids.

Please note: Any events such as parties of any kind will result in immediate eviction without refund. The home is fitted with outdoor motion security cameras for your safety. The cameras only turn on when motion is detected. One is located at the front of the house over the garage/driveway, the second is in the backyard by the BBQ
In winter the decks are not cleared, for your safety please do not access decks or try to clear the deck when it is full of snow.
