A wonderful respite

The house is well maintained and the living spaces are HUGE! We enjoyed the location for its proximity to everything including shopping, beaches, and even a large grocery store just down the road. The hot tub was already fired up and ready to go when we arrived. My daughter, who is a busy mother of five and pastor's wife, really enjoyed that particular amenity. The large living room/kitchen area was a great place for a holiday family feast and games. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and the house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. This house became part of many satisfying family memories.

Stairs

We had a great experience with the house. It was clean and properly stocked the only area of improvement would be the stairs. We had two people fall down the stairs because of how slippery the stairs are. One of them hurt their back badly after the fall.

Pleasant Stay

Location was great, and plenty of room for 12 guests. House was very clean on arrival only thing that could’ve used more cleaning was the hot tub (had some sand and leaves in it). But very pleasant stay.

House is in residential neighborhood, but close enough to the beach. Roof leaked when it rained one day but Del Mar came and took care of it
