It was as clean and everything but for the price, the furniture is battered. I resent a list being sent telling me I need to vacuum before I leave especially when I have paid an extra cleaning fee and I only stayed 3 nights. The fees quoted initially are not the fees charged overall. Despite this, the location was great so I tried to book it again for the following year only to get an invoice within minutes demanding full payment - 400 over advertised price - so I cancelled. I highly doubt I will return. My father lives in the area and a lot of his peers are looking to holiday let their beachfront properties. He has asked the name of the letting company and will be recommending that his friends use a different company.
