Up or around one of the walking tracks on the Burleigh Hill National Park to take you into Burleigh Heads or a short drive. Close to public transport, visit Currumbin Wild Life Park, or 1 of the beautiful beaches along the southern part of the coast, there are a number of new restaurants and cafes in Palm Beach or just spend your time enjoying the beach or the pool.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

We can organise linen hire, the linen pack will be delivered to the property for your arrival and collected on departure. Also available for hire cots, baby needs and beach towels.

No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.





This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

▪️ Changed traffic conditions or detours

▪️ General construction activity near some properties



While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
