Located on Coogee Bay Rd, the property is one block away from a supermarket, conveniently close to public transport and close to the University of New South Wales, Princes of Wales Hospital and Royal Randwick Racecourse
Only a 15-minute walk away, discover Gordons bay and its incredible 600m underwater trail that is home to extraordinary marine life and even includes information boards underwater to learn about marine life.
Dine at Sugarcane, the complete Southeast Asian cuisine and, of course, ocean views to match
There are great public transport links around this property, and youre welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
