Perfect for our needs

Alex was very helpful on our quick stop for a couple of nights before we left Sydney to move to Brisbane. Finding a place close that we could bring our dog was high priority. We loved the spacious apartment & would recommend.

Spacious and Central

This bright roomy apartment is very close to the beach, restaurants and transport. The extra bath room and the garage were appreciated. Coogee is really hopping on summer weekends and probably suits the younger crowd who can beach all day and go out all night . One of the main reasons we went was to do the coastal walk, which is fabulous. In November we found the apartment could have used some air-conditioning.

Perfect honeymoon location

Alex (the host) made everything so easy for us. We visited as part of our honeymoon from the States. The property was super nice and airy. There were charming little rainbow lorikeets that flew right to the balcony. The property was so close to coogee beach it was a perfect walk. We honestly could have forgone having a rental car because everything was so accessible. Having the washer/dryer combo was so convenient for us after two weeks of staying in hotels in NZ. Alex communicated so efficiently and easily with us, even when we were on the other side of the world. Perfect location for New Year’s Eve as we got to see the fireworks from the balcony. Would a million times rebook this listing if we ever find ourselves in Australia again.

Coogee apartment

This flat was very spacious and clean.The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated and user friendly. As we stayed in winter there was only one oil heater available for heating ,but the space must be well insulated so not too bad. Fantastic location as walk to everything. Alex our host tried to help as much as he could and we were grateful for his communication.

This is a great apartment in the heart of beautiful Coogee near to beach, restaurants and all amenities. Alex is totally fantastic, great communication and can’t do enough to help. We had a short stay this time but hope to return to Coogee when the world opens up again and Alex’s apartment will be our first choice. This was a perfect rental for myself, my husband and teenage son for our Coogee Beach stay. Alex's apartment was charming, spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed including shower and laundry supplies. Alex, the owner, was very responsive - reaching out shortly after we reserved the property with confirmation and rental instructions as well as was prompt in responding to any questions I had during our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location - just a short walk to Coogee Beach and the Coogee Pavilion. It also was a perfect base for visiting our son at UNSW and hopping on a bus to go into Sydney CBD. I'd highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Coogee/Sydney!

Great apartment in a perfect location.

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 8 nights and found that it catered for all of our holiday must haves and more. We arrived at 10.00pm following a flight from another country and were delight to find Alex's instructions for entering the property easy to follow, the apartment clean and tidy and tea, coffee and milk already there for us. The apartment had all of the furniture and kitchen equipment we needed along with many extras that made our week in Coogee so easy to manage. The location to all amemtites, transport and the beach couldn't be better. Getting into the city by public transport wasn't a problem and my husband was delighted to find how easy it was get to SCG to watch a match he had tickets for. Everything linked to our stay was extremely well managed by Alex, who was quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. We were all impressed that the description of the apartment on the web site was entirely accurate. We would definitely recommend staying at Stylish and Spacious and hope to be able to stay there again when we return to Australia in two years time.

The perfect home to visit Sydney

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Coogee. It's exactly as it says; large, beautifully furnished and renovated, and has everything you could need for a home away from home.
