A private side gate entry (up some steps) opens to the sun-drenched private terrace overlooking the shared swimming pool. This terrace is available for use up to 10 pm, and then guests must be inside and use the internal access for the apartment.
Relax in the air-conditioned, well-appointed living room that opens to the terrace and BBQ. There is comfortable seating for six, with a TV, Foxtel and Chrome Casting. The kitchen and dining room is at one end, with banquet seating for 8.
There is a stunning kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and a full laundry (iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer).
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite with a shower and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds put together to make a king size width bed.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and an outlook to the rocky wall behind.
All bedrooms have fans.
A family bathroom with bath and shower separates the second and third bedrooms.
Internet access is included free of charge (fair use policy applies).
Linen is provided and essential items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper... The guests' responsibility is to purchase their supplies once they have run out.
Please bring your beach towels.
Pets are not permitted.
Parking is available in a dedicated space, and there are spaces for visitor parking also.
The apartment has exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access. This property is strictly non-smoking.

Excellent stay in Double Bay over Christmas 2025. The apartment has everything you need and the living area and outside terrace are even better that the photos suggest. Access to the shared pool is very simple and the apartment is in an excellent location with off street parking. Loved it.

The location was perfect and the apartment was wonderful! It was close to the train and bus station as well as the water ferry. The only challenge we had was walking up the giant hill to get to the building. It was a challenge hauling the luggage up but provided good exercise every day. Thanks for the great stay!
Nikki is great to deal with, great location lovely sunny unit with everything you need on tap, only down side was only has 1 set of towels each person for 8 days bought washing liquid so washed them clothes airer could be updated has some wires coming off but would definitely stay again and recommend it to others

It's always a juggle to know the best way to do it, but since there is a washing machine and dryer available, we thought this approach was best. A new clothes airer has been ordered! We'd love to see you again!
Location was great, the unit had everything we needed, we had an issue with the TV but that was sorted immediatly, unfortunatly the BBQ was not clean and we could not use it.

We had a great time. Perfect location, nearby shops and the Ferry. Swimmingpool is a nice bonus. We stayed 3 weeks, so extra towels and sheets would have been useful and desirable.

I hope you had a great stay, Kester! Please note that this apartment isn't on the 7th floor. It is accessed by a small set of stairs from the carpark, with direct access into the front courtyard, overlooking the communal pool.
A lovely apartment in a perfect location to enjoy exploring Sydney, with the Ferry to Circular Quays or Edgecliff train station both a 7 minute walk away. It was very well appointed and enjoys the benefit of a large terrace with BBQ overlooking the communal pool which is well maintained. Although the bedrooms don’t have aircon they have ceiling fans and there is aircon in the living room. Double Bay itself has some lovely restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our stay.
