Cute and charming cottage

Lovely little property on a busy street in Fredericksburg. The home has been renovated to be very modern and stylish. Loved the spacious kitchen and the wonderful bathroom, especially the shower. We didn’t walk to Main St. but found plenty of parking both on street and in public lots. Lots to do in the area. We’d definitely come back again!

Cute cottage close to Main St

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s been updated beautifully & we loved the record player & the classic rock albums! Nice touch!

Best Friends Getaway!

The house was super cute! The perfect size for 4 best friends. Inside of the house was very clean, the extra amenities such as breakfast bars, coffee, etc was a bonus and the location was great! There are just a few minor things that I want to point out that might be helpful to future guest but nothing that would deter me from staying at this house again. 1. There was only 1 wash cloth for the bathroom. It would have been nice to have 4 so we each had our own and weren’t having to share 1 wash cloth when showering. Description said liens were provided so we didn’t bring loofas or wash cloth of our own because we didn’t think it would be needed. 2. The driveway was very narrow. I drive a Ford Expedition and while I was able to fit down the drive way, it was a very tight squeeze. For the remainder of the trip after initially getting to the house, I opted to park right up front in the entry way of the drive way instead of pulling further back to be away from the street. 3. I gave cleanliness of the property 5 stars because the inside was very clean! However, the backyard area needed to be mowed. There was also a place back there for covered parking, which would have been awesome to use since a storm did come through during our stay, but there was no room to park as items were scattered throughout that area not leaving enough room for a vehicle to park under. Overall it’s an excellent place to stay and we had an amazing bestie getaway! Would absolutely stay there again!
