Hidden away in a quiet culde-sac, incredible 180 degrees of ocean to bay views, 2x living areas, a slow combustion fire and a fully fenced back yard for your furry friends this is just a few of the perks that makes this property a perfect holiday rental all year round.
Ascend the staircase to the front door and enter to the first floor and main living area. Located on the main living area is 2x large living areas, with plenty of cosy seating, a huge 70 inch wall mounted tv, a wood fire place, a large bay window boasting views out to the ocean and even a bar to enjoy a cold Beveridge or entertain for friends and family. Make the most of the fully equipped kitchen, including gas cook top, walk in pantry, dishwasher and full sized fridge and freezer. Entertain and enjoy the great wrap around balcony that can be accessed from the dining area and both of the living areas and includes a 6x burner BBQ with rotisserie.
Also located on the main living area is the Master bedroom, home to a King sized bed, built in robes and a wall mounted flat screen TV. There is the master bathroom with a deep soaking corner spa bath, walk in shower and a separate toilet.
Head downstairs to find 3 additional bedrooms, a second bathroom and a double lock up garage.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, built in robes and a tv, the third and fourth bedrooms are home to 2x king single beds. Head outside to the fully fenced grassed back yard, which is safe for both the kids and the furry friends to play all day.

Big Bimil

Good house for family with kids. Well equipped kitchen with fantastic coffee making machine. Not suitable if you are towing a boat - very difficult to get a boat in the driveway and no place for a boat to park outside. Good beds with fresh linen. BBQ, cupboards and under the beds and furniture wasn’t clean. However, the house is nicely furnished and worked very well for our family. We would stay there again if we weren’t towing the boat.
