Welcome to Dolce Casa! The ideal tiny house is located 17km away from Arezzo, in the heart of Tuscany. There is a small town, Rigutino, nearby where you can enjoy all the comforts of home and explore the tranquil neighbourhoods of Tuscany. Hear birds tweet, eat breakfast with sunflower views, or sip a drink while watching as the colourful sunset set before you.

The Space:
Dolce Casa is a tiny house located in Rigutino, 17km away from Arezzo, Italy. A 40 square meter plot with a front garden area surrounded by lush greenery, fresh air, and the quiet ambiance of Arezzo. Arezzo, Lago Trasimeno, Parco di Lignano, and Parco nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi are just few of the nearby attractions available.
A comfortable stay with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchen, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for you to use.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas.

Dolce Casa is located in the rural town of Rigutino, in the province of Arezzo, Tuscany, where you can enjoy thermal baths, natural parks, restaurants, and historical sites.

Rigutino is an ideal base for exploring nearby towns such as Arezzo, Assisi, Firenze, Siena, and Cortona, Italy. You can spend your days at thermal baths, wine tasting, organising historical tours, bike rides, and various hikes.

Food scene

- Il Vicolo di Civitella serves delicious food, wine, and a stunning view.
- Terramira is a newly starred restaurant in town that serves amazing food and wine, making it ideal for special occasions.
- Caffe Vasari and Lievito Indigeno are located in the middle of Piazza Grande, which offers fantastic food, wine, and some of the friendliest neighborhoods in town.

Sightseeing

- Cortona is a hilltop town in Tuscany that served as the filming location for "Under the Tuscan Sun" in 2003.
- Parco di Lignano and Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi are two of the best trekking tracks with stunning landscape views.
- Esselunga is recommended supermarket open 8 am to 9 pm
- Dona dei Monti is recommended with highly typical and well-selected food produced by locals.
- Arezzo, often known as the "Medieval City," is home to historical palaces such as Piazza Grande, Arezzo Cathedral and the Basilica di San Francesco.

- 1h, 42 km drive from Rigutino to Siena
- 15 m, 12 km drive from Rigutino to Arezzo
- 1h 13 m, 66 km drive from Rigutino to Firenze
- 2h 35m, 172 km drive from Rigutino to Rome

There is no need 2WD or 4WD.

- Don't forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our amenities a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
