The Space:
Echidna by Tiny Away is located in Whitsunday Region Queensland, close to Airlie Beach Lagoon, Great Barrier Reef diving tours and Cedar Creek Falls Walk. We’ve recently planted a beautiful sunflower paddock and now offer romantic setup packages, adding a special touch to your farm stay experience.

A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed up and a convertible single bed couch on the ground floor. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two holiday homes, "Echidna" and "Wallaby," about 150 meters apart. Each has its own unique view and a private hot tub. Group bookings are welcome—please contact your host at least 24 hours in advance.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence, associated sheds, and dwellings.

The Neighborhood:
Echidna by Tiny Away sits in the rural locality of Queensland's Whitsunday Region. Where you can explore all that our local area has to offer, only a short drive to Airlie Beach and Great Barrier Reef diving tours.

Nearby, you can fish, swim, and picnic at Andromache River. Catseye Beach is a famous beach on Hamilton Island. Airlie Beach Lagoon is popular for water sports and clear waters. Hamilton Island is a luxury sea view resort. Cedar Creek Falls Walk lets you enjoy waterfalls and the natural surroundings.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 24 km, 20 mins to and from Whitsunday Airport
- 29 km, 22 mins to and from Proserpine
- 54 km, 40 mins to and from Airlie Beach
- 132 km,1.5 hrs to and from Mackay

By public transport: We recommend guests to travel by private vehicle. Thank you.

Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception is good
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- We have a small flock of sheep and chickens on the property
- Please be advised that there will be farm animal noise during your stay
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed for a $30 fee per pet, paid directly to the host. Pets must be kept on a leash, and full pet policies will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
