Guest Access:
- To access the property, enter the driveway and follow along to the gate, open the gate and follow the driveway to the house. Park in the carport. Do not park on a concrete septic tank.
- You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
- There are stairs when entering the property.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox located onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.

Avoca is a peaceful and small town situated in New South Wales's idyllic Southern Highlands region. Nestled in the heart of the southern highlands the town is populated by farmsteads mainly situated around Sheepwash Rd.
