Slopeside in Okemo - Beautifully Renovated Spacious Family Townhouse by RedAwning

This property is a large, immaculate tri-level townhouse in a perfect location that offers privacy, easy parking, and a short walk (200 yards) to the Kettle Brook ski trail.

The high ceilings and open floor plan give this home a light, airy feel while the double height fireplace and oak floors make you feel like you are in your own private mountain lodge.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 in three bedrooms, including a stunning master suite that takes up the entire top floor, plus a bunk room, double bedroom and separate full bathroom on the lower level.

The property benefits from recent renovation (Fall 2022) with quality finishes throughout - notably the kitchen, living area, master suite and both bathrooms.

Our ski home

Our townhouse has 3 bedrooms: a master suite with King bed, double room with Queen bed and bunk room with 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4.

The top floor master suite includes an oversized master bedroom, with cathedral ceilings, lovely views from an abundance of windows and a master bathroom that boasts a huge tub, large separate stand up shower and a double vanity

On the main level there is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace, a good sized open plan kitchen and dining area plus a sizeable boot room entrance with bench, heated boot rack and interior ski storage. There is also a half bath on this level.

On the lower level, which still benefits from lovely large windows and masses of natural light, there is a queen bedroom, double-bunk room, full bathroom and a washer/dryer

Slope access

We are located 200 yards from Okemo's Kettle Brook Trail, where you can ski directly to the base lodge, ski school meeting area and A/B lifts. The Okemo Mountain Resort and all of its amenities are accessible by skiing, or a short drive.

Jackson Gore, located a short drive away boasts many activities for non-skiers or those who need to take a day off. These includes an indoor pool, a gym, a spa, an ice-skating rink, tubing, a year round mountain coaster, and many family activities throughout the year. Check the Okemo website for current pricing and availability of the various activities.

Our home is a short drive to the town of Ludlow with many family owned shops and restaurants.

Other things to note

We recommend 4 wheel drive to get to our condo during snowy conditions.

We have a Ring connected video doorbell looking towards the car park from the porch, for security.

We have high speed Wifi and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Most guests choose to log in to their own streaming service on these.

Fantastic place, highly recommend.

Our family of seven including teenagers, stayed over school break. We have rented other places for years at Okemo, and this was by far the best one yet. The condo was extremely clean, well appointed with extra special features, such as a boot and glove drying rack, sauna, cozy blankets and the beds were very comfortable with updated amenities throughout. The owner was extremely pleasant and prompt in communication and the condo was exactly as advertised. You can tell they take care and pride in their property and I would highly recommend staying here. The skiing and ski was easy. Easy parking for two vehicles and simple check in and check out instructions. Thank you for a wonderful place to ski and come home and relax. We will definitely be back.

Nice place off kettlebrook trail bridge

Defintely nice and new place very comfotsble for 2 families. If there were snow on kettlebrook trail it really is a short walk to the trail. But without snow, you have to head down to base for drop off. Would definitely reccomend it.

Beautiful Home. Excellent location

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. My husband, 3 of our kids and our dogs loved our time at Okemo. Although, it wasn’t ski in/ski out - it was NOT a long walk to the slopes (we are just spoiled). The master suite was incredible. The tub was awesome. Beautiful window seat. We loved watching the sun come up through the trees. Plenty of space to hang together, play games, read a book and cuddle up by the real fire. We even were able to stream The Merrimack vs Boston University hockey game ( two of our children attend Merrimack so it was fun to watch a game they were at). The lower level had plenty of space for our teens. Loved the mud room/ locker room entrance. We were able to contain the messiness of spring skiing to a tiled room. Did I mention this mid room also has a boot warmer/dryer. This home was well though out and it shows. If you are looking for a comfortable yet beautiful home - I highly suggest you consider booking here.

Location, Location, Location!!

This was by far our best stay at Okemo! The property was recently renovated and is immaculate. It is just a few short steps to walk onto the ski trails which we found to be amazing. The property owner was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely book this property again.
