The complex also includes two barbecue and entertaining areas. For those who like to stay active, there is a fully equipped gym on site, and easy access to walking / cycling paths up and down the coast.

Beach Access
A short 5 minute (400m), walk will take you to the picturesque Yaroomba-Marcoola Conservation Reserve and beach, which is a coastal destination and boardwalk just to the east of Mount Coolum with views back over the mountain. Known for its wide sandy shores, it is a favourite spot for beachgoers. During school holidays, the beach is patrolled by lifeguards, making it a safe place for swimming, and also enjoying the stunning ocean views, whale watching and the beautiful nature covered boardwalk alongside which runs as far as Marcoola Surf Club with regular lookouts to the ocean.

The Neighborhood:
Mount Coolum itself is a distinctive mountain and national park, merely 250 metres walk from the apartment, with a nature walk to the summit taking 30-45 minutes to ascend and presenting incredible views up and down the coast. This impressive volcanic rock formation towers over the suburb and provides breathtaking views of the ocean and hinterland. A popular adventure for sunrise and sunset walkers. It is ideally situated just a 10-minute drive from the Maroochydore Airport, and 25 minutes’ drive north to the pristine beaches and national Park of Noosa, as well as a quick 15 minute drive south to the urban hub of Maroochydore with its vibrant shopping centres and bustling business district.

Coolum Beach is nearby, however approximately 8 minutes’ drive North, followed by the quaint seaside village of Peregian Beach just a few minutes more.

The suburb of Mount Coolum truly has something for everyone – whether you’re seeking a relaxing beach vacation, an adventure fuelled hiking trip or a convenient central location for all your business and shopping needs. Getting Around:
Public Transport

Enjoy easy and comfortable travel from Mount Coolum to neighbouring suburbs such as Coolum Beach Maroochydore and Noosa. Just catch a bus right outside the building on David Low Way. The buses are air conditioned for a pleasant ride and operate on a frequent schedule.



Car Rental

One of the best places to rent a car in Mount Coolum is at the Sunshine Coast Airport. There are several rental car agencies available at the airport, such as Avis, Budget, Hertz and Thrifty, offering a wide range of vehcles to choose from. Alternatively, you can also rent a car in Mount Coolum downtown area from companies such as Go Rentals, Aussie Bargain Car Rentals or East Coast Car Rentals.
