Located just 7 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, the home offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and entertainment within the family-friendly Solara Resort community.

Other Things to Note:

We provide a few essentials to help you settle in, including paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner in each full bathroom. These items aren't replenished during your stay, so feel free to grab more as needed.



If you'd like to heat the private pool and the jacuzzi, the service is available during the winter months for an extra fee for stays of 3 or more nights. Please request this service at least 48h before arrival.



In compliance with Florida law, all opened food is removed after each guest checks out, so we don’t supply items like condiments or coffee grounds. You can easily pick these up at a nearby supermarket.



Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required (not applicable for ABB), and it’s temporarily held on your credit card. The funds are released after check-out, provided everything looks great.



House Rules:

- You must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Smoking (tobacco or cannabis) and recreational drugs are not allowed. There’s a $300 penalty for violations.

- No parties/events or excessive noise. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Unauthorized parties will incur a $500 fee.

- Only the guests listed in your reservation are allowed to stay.

- No tents or other structures may be set up on the property.

- Renters are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning charges.

- You may be asked to provide a government ID at check-in.

- Please avoid moving furniture and if you do, put it back before you leave.

- Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Self-check-in using the electronic keypad. Access codes will be shared on the day of your arrival.
