This property is not managed by an owner, but rather a management company. I realized at 6pm as our flight to Utah was about to take off, that we had not received check in instructions. I texted the owner, but when I arrived in SLC 3 hrs later I still had not heard from them. I then called the management company and they sent me instructions. When we arrived at the condo at 11pm the code they had given us didn't work. We then called/texted multiple people before getting in touch with someone at the management company who called the owner at 1140pm in the evening. It turns out that the code had been changed and the management company had not been notified.It seems that there were failures on the part of both the owner and the management company in this situation. Neither the owner or property manager offered to compensate us for this poor communication and check in experience in any wauy.

Lovely condo in Wolf Creek

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Wolf Creek. We were there for a wedding and greatly appreciated how clean the unit was. We enjoyed using the communal jacuzzi but discovered the pool had closed after Labor Day so that was unfortunate. Expect to drive everywhere since it is incredibly difficult to get a ride service to the property. Thanks for having us!

Cozy great location

Great distance from the lifts, less that 10 mins. Maybe a 30 min drive into Ogden. Although the bedrooms could fit more than us 4, the living room might be a little tight. Water pressure in downstairs hall bath was poor. It was cozy, clean, and quite. Nice get away.

Very Nice Well Situated Condo

The condo was quite nice and perfect for our needs. The kitchen cupboard layout is a little awkward, there are no lamps on the bedroom night stands, and the automatic exterior door lock did not work, but these were relatively minor inconveniences completely overwhelmed by the coziness of the unit. The development where the unit is located is perfectly situated for skiing at Powder Mountain and Snow Basin, but Eden is in the middle of nowhere, with only one mediocre restaurant. It does have a complete grocery store, and the unit is well appointed for meals in and family game playing apres ski. We had fun and certainly would return.

The condo seemed clean until we saw under the couch, in the drawers and under the garbage can. It was not just dusty. We found bits of food, chess pieces, etc. We cleaned as best we could. The ice drawer in the freezer was brown on the bottom. I cleaned it well. The outdoor table was filthy. The power when out Friday night. We could not find a flashlight or candles. The internet went out Saturday morning along with the TV and we had no instructions about operating the TV without internet. The internet was still out when we left a day early Sunday evening. The only info we got was that no one knew anything. We were left 2 towels each. Not enough for a 4 day stay. There was no soap in the bathrooms. One coffee pod was provided. The coffee maker was dirty, so I cleaned it. We could not find info about the Wi-Fi.The condo could be wonderful. Most Moose Hollow Condos are clean and well appointed. This condo was just too much work. We left early because we were miserable. The owner seems very nice. I wonder if this problem is with the management company and cleaning company. I wish could leave a better review.
