A comfortable air conditioned and fully equipped apartment in the Byron Bay CBD.
The home is well lit and faces north with an open plan and 2 outdoor sitting area. All new carpet throughout. The 2 bedrooms have a Queen Bed and a Queen Bed / King Single bunk combo bed.
Undercover parking for two cars.
The shops and cafes are next door yet hidden by palms and trees. Main Beach is over the road with views to The Pass, Lighthouse and rainforest.

for the price charged, given it was Easter & Bluesfest, I expected a cleaner better presented property. Overall the property was fine but given the price I expected the sheets to be tucked into the mattresses not hanging loose, finger prints wiped of bathroom door and furniture to be well presented. An old towel/blanket covered one of the couch cushions, although an apology was made for this. The outdoor furniture was shabby and not very comfortable and the neighbours (who apparently owned their apartment) although lovely people decided to renovate with banging and drilling from 8am-ish on Saturday morning and continued most of the day. The location was perfect, and the apartment was big enough and had the basics required for a comfortable stay.
