Living:
Bright and breezy, the restyled coastal-boho vibe is executed to perfection in this cosy, comfortable living space. Settle into the plush sofa and relax with a magazine or switch on the Smart TV and easily connect to your favourite Netflix programme. The living space flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen, which opens out onto the outdoor deck via sliding glass doors.

Cooking & Dining:
The fresh, modern kitchen is well-appointed, with everything you need to prepare simple meals and snacks with a breeze. Crisp, white cabinetry and countertops are paired with stylish white subway tiles and stainless steel appliances for a look that is effortlessly chic. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator with freezer drawer, a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop and convection oven. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools which opens out to the dining space. Comfortable, banquette-style seating and stylish bamboo chairs provide ample space for up to 6. Sliding glass doors connect the dining space to the outdoor door for easy, indoor/outdoor flow.

Sleeping:
Upstairs are 3 beautifully-restyled bedrooms, capturing the coastal-boho vibe that has come to symbolise Byron Bay. 2 of the bedrooms have comfy queen beds and built-in storage. Behind folding, plantation shutters are sliding glass doors which lead to a sun-kissed balcony overlooking the back patio and lush landscape beyond. The 3rd bedroom is similarly styled, instead with 2 single beds.

Bathing:
Cooinda's upstairs bathroom has crisp, white tile work throughout, with a single vanity and a combination bathtub with standing shower. Similar light, bright styling is found in the downstairs bathroom, which holds another single vanity, a standing glass-enclosed rain shower, and laundry facilities for guests to use.

Outdoor Dining & Entertaining:

There is a gas BBQ available for guest use, ideal for preparing and enjoying a delicious, intimate family meal together outdoors.

There is parking for 1 car off-street carport and space for 2 additional cars off-street. The garage is not available for guest parking.

Perfect Location
A neat, compactly spacious townhouse in the perfect location. We didn’t need our cars much. Walk to the beach, town and lighthouse. Set away from the traffic so there is no noise besides the birds chirping. We’d happily stay here again.

Clean Apt in a nice location
Nice and clean apt located centrally in Byron Bay. Check-in was easy and landlords were easy to deal with. The apartment had good amenities and was overall a very good place to stay for the 4 days we were there. Highly recommend.

Beautifully styled escape close to beach and town
I was lucky enough to stay at Cooinda over a weekend and attend a friends birthday celebration in town. There were 2 couples and a single in our group and although we were only there a short time and the house was perfect for us. The kitchen and living area layout is great - open plan and easy to mingle with friends and not feel isolated from the group. The front courtyard is great for a couple of drinks in the afternoon sun, and feels private from neighbouring homes due to the established trees and landscaping. The location was great, we just walked into town for dinner and drinks - it's only 5 mins along the beachfront path and a great way to people watch as you go! The beach is about 3 mins away which was perfect for a morning swim, and we went up to The Top Shop for a morning coffee and breaky. Don't forget your towel or blanket so you can soak up the morning sun while drinking your macadamia milk flat white! Beautiful styling, impeccably clean, fabulous location, comfy beds, and great service from the hosts. Would highly recommend for a small group of friends for a getaway, or a family group for a longer stay. Thanks Cooinda!
