Easy check in email with key code sent exactly when they said. We did ask if there was somewhere in the area to take our luggage as we were early we were not given any details but found somewhere ourself. Place was clean and as described. 5 min walk to beach and 20 minute till you hit main town, easy flat walk and can be along the beach if you like Air con was not great only down stairs and not powerful enough to reach upstairs, only fans in room. I did enquire if there was any portable units but not response Some locks missing, none between bathroom and main room - bare in mind if your a group of friends and no lock on the toilet upstairs No speakers to link any music so only from tv or bring your own Had all the essentials you need lots of cookware, washing machine dryer and a lot of bits and pieces for the beach which was helpful Due to staying over Christmas the price was extortionate so I can’t really agree value for money of my stay but ideal at maybe 700-800 a night

Had a great stay Byron Bay surfing Lennox & Cabarita which are easy drives from Byron.
The property was perfect for four adults being, tidy, comfortable, well equipped, spacious & located near great beaches, cafes & restaurants.

Had a great time in Byron. Home was in a perfect location, short walk to beach and 15 min walk to town. Plenty of room for our family of five with all the usual comforts such as wifi, Netflix, beach towels and toys and off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property in a fantastic location. The townhouse is an easy 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to The Pass, 10 mins to town, 20 mins to Wattegos. It is a generously sized open plan townhouse with large windows looking out to a well kept tropical garden with a large entertaining area, deck, daybed & outdoor shower. We found the place to be spotlessly clean & was really well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including entertaining, kitchen & laundry accessories, games for the kids etc. Our only issue was finding a few damaged fixtures & blinds on arrival after paying a considerable bond. Recommended
