It is patrolled by surf lifesavers in the summer months and also offers great surfing at The Pass, a famous spot close to Lighthouse Road and opposite an amazing bush track to the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Divide your days between some retail therapy and foodie adventures in town and this idyllic beach, which is protected from big swells for most of the year and offers small waves, rock pools, snorkeling and learning to surf activities as well as windsurfing, body boarding and paragliding.

The property had everything you may need and nicely renovated bathrooms. Very comfortable, walking distance to the beach and the centre of town. Would recommend
My group of gals had a fantastic getaway in Byron Bay! The place was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for guests. The beds... amazing! We all slept incredibly. The host was very responsive to any questions throughout the trip. Walking distance to several lovely beaches and a 15 minute walk to town! Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others!
Apartment was well stocked and convenient to Byron Bay. The beach was in easy walking distance. There is a pedestrian short cut there. It was very spacious and particularly loved the large ensuite to the main bedroom. There is a lovely courtyard. It is clear that the owners take great pride in this lovey residence. Would stay there again.
Clean, well furnished with comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and a bright living area with a fantastic outdoor space.
Our party of 2 adults and 4 teens enjoyed the 5-mn walk to Clarke’s Beach and The Pass. Super quiet and so close to town via the path along the beach. Forget your car and walk/cycle everywhere, very comfortable townhouse, 2 large modern bathrooms, 3 toilets and a handy garage for bikes and surfboards, this is a super convenient place to stay. We’ll be back!
This property is extra sized ... just so spacious and modern with beautiful amenities. much bigger than the photos show, in a nice quiet area with no traffic noise and just a stroll to the beach. Highly recommended for a family group as plenty of space for everyone to be able to do their own thing if necessary. Only negative is there is no heat pump in the main living area even tho there are 3 upstairs in each of the bedrooms otherwise excellent all round A ++

Fab location, great house

Cant fault it
Have stayed in Byron many times and this was the best place by far. Incredible value for money, ideal location. Two great places to eat and drink close by (Beach Restaurant and The Top Shop). Outdoor area was great as was the BBQ. Really modern kitchen with heaps of utensils etc. Beer fridge in the garage. Only thing i could think of which would make this place even better would be if there was a hairdryer provided and a cheap high chair to be stored in the garage. Would come back for sure. Perfect distance fro the centre of Byron.

Beautiful spot
We loved our stay! The bedrooms were perfect, the kitchen was amazingly equipped, the living area was comfortable and the courtyard was divine. We spent a lot of time in the courtyard which was cool and green and beautiful.

Great family accommodation
This townhouse was a great place for a family of 5-6 to stay in Byron. It was close to the beach and a short walk to town. The neighbourhood was quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size.
