Come and enjoy the coastal beauty of Port Macquarie - amazing beaches, the Koala Hospital, river cruises - it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The property is on a peaceful residential street that's walking distance (or a 2 min drive) to Flynns Beach and Nobbys Beach. Start your morning with a walk to Roam Cafe at Flynns Beach, where you'll also find sushi, woodfire pizza and pasta, and more. Only 3km to the centre of town and an easy drive to all of Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches.

The property is freshly painted inside and out, has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 7. Three bedrooms are located upstairs (main = queen, 2nd = 2 singles, 3rd = king single). There is a loungeroom with a new HD 55 inch TV, free Wi-Fi, books and board games. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and filtered tap water system. A kitchen dining area with seating for 7 leads out to the outdoor entertaining deck and overlooks the backyard.

Downstairs is a self contained space with another new HD 55 inch TV, lounge, a 2nd queen bed, kitchenette and table. Perfect for couples, grandparents, or teenagers wanting their own space. Please note there is no internal access from upstairs to the downstairs self contained space.

There are 2 newly renovated bathrooms each with a toilet - one upstairs and one downstairs. Downstairs there is a laundry space with a washing machine, and an indoor and outdoor clothesline.

For those beautiful warm and sunny Port Macquarie days, there are 3 brand new reverse cycle air conditioning units - one in the main bedroom, one in the living area/kitchen, and one downstairs in the self contained space. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan as well.

Relax outside on the outdoor lounge setting on the upper deck, or make your way downstairs to the large deck with an outdoor table and chairs setting, and BBQ. The fully fenced backyard is grassed and is a great space to throw or kick a ball around.
