We offer 14-30 day discounts! The sparkling clean and warm 10 person large hot tub goes all winter and all year! WELL heated pool opens May long weekend and all the way through October Thanksgiving weekend it’s super well heated and is sparkling blue and HUGE!!
Casa Amigos is a beautiful modern and bright 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo that has lake & mountain views. Well stocked and very spacious, this quiet corner unit is the best in the resort and has king beds in both bedrooms, in suite laundry and a large outdoor deck. Gas fireplace, the living room can be converted to a bedroom area with the pullout queen sofa bed.
You have access to the resort groups, gas fire pit in the communal area, the heated pool, hot tub and private lake Okanagan beach where you can enjoy each of the four seasons. What a bonus, we offer summer guests full access to our private marina and have a 28’ boat slip with 7000lb power lift for your high end water toy. It will fit a sea doo or smaller boat but no pontoons. With no cleaning fees we ask guests to help with a few simple tasks. Please contact us prior to booking. Single small pet only must do business off site. No smoking anywhere on resort grounds. No EV charging allowed.
2025 rate: $75 fee per day for boats.
100% FIRE refund, since opening in 2018 we have provided every guest a full refund regardless of our cancellation policy and will continue to do so. If your trip is cancelled due to fire evacuation orders, airport closures and travel bans. We stress that smoke in the Okanagan Valley like everywhere in Canada is a common and unpredictable occurrence. Those with respiratory medical conditions should be aware of this and strongly consider in their booking requests!
Modern very well stocked kitchen with bar seating. Large comfy king bedrooms with room for a crib or pack n play. Bright, very clean and uncluttered, there is a pullout queen in the living room. Both bathrooms feature full shower and tubs. The large deck views the lake, pool and gardens and is outfitted with cozy lounge seating and BBQ area. In suite laundry and storage, parking for two plus many complex amenities make this everything you and your guests need to have an amazing vacation. I am an experienced air BnB host with two other nearby properties with the highest rankings in the North Okanagan! We take respectful and amazing guests not looking to party or disturb others within the property.
Resort rules are strictly enforced with fines for infractions.
Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged in the parkade
No use of hot tub or pool after 11pm.
No music allowed at pool.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the resort grounds. You must goto the street.
Pets can only do duties off resort grounds
Hot tub is open all year!! Very warm heated pool opens mid- May through October Thanksgiving weekend. No floaties or toys are allowed in pool area sorry! Pets only have a small area out front for use. No smoking in the complex or on balconies allowed. Standard 2 million liability insurance required and must be provided for boats docked at marina. $50 per day for slip use will be added to booking.

AS WE DO NOT CHARGE CLEANING FEES YOUR ASSISTANCE IS EXPECTED IN. PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE A PET FEE SEPARATE FROM THIS . WE HAVE BEEN ASKED FOR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS. WE BASE THESE 4 AREAS ON 3 ADULTS DEDICATING AROUND 1 HR EACH ON CHECK OUT DAY.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING: ALL SHOULD BE COLLECTED, EMPTIED AND TAKEN DOWN THROUGH THE PARKADE TO THE GARBAGE DUMPSTER AND RECYCLING AREA AND PLACED IN THE APPROPRIATE BINS.
TIDY THE HOUSE: SHOULD BE LIGHTLY SWEPT AND VACUUMED ESPECIALLY IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS, AND PUT FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS BACK WHERE YOU FOUND THEM.
2nd PERSON
BEDS: GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO STRIP BEDS & GATHER ALL DIRTY TOWELS REMOVE THE DUVET COVERS DO NOT LEAVE BEDDING ON THE FLOOR BUT IN THE HAMPER BASKETS PROVIDED, OR IN THE LIVING ROOM ON COUCHES. ON DEPARTURE DAY YOU SHOULD START WASHING BEDDING AND TOWELS, ONCE WASHED PLACED BACK ON THE BED WHICH TELLS US IT’S CLEAN. WE UNDERSTAND IF YOU ARE LEAVING EARLY YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TIME TO DO MUCH LAUNDRY, OR VICE VERSA IF YOU STAY THE MORNING WE WOULD HOPE A LOAD COULD BE DONE!

KITCHENS: OUR NEMESIS!! POTS, DISHES AND UTENSILS PUT AWAY – CLEAN AND WHERE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY PUT - TIDY. (AS BEST YOU CAN REMEMBER). FRIDGES WIPED CLEAN ALONG WITH STOVES, COUNTERS, MICROWAVES, AND OVENS, COFFEE MAKERS & TOASTERS. BARBEQUES SHOULD HAVE BITS BURNED OFF. FYI: FRUIT AND VEGGIES, UNOPENED DAIRY, FROZEN GOODS ETC WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL FOOD BANK IF LEFT BEHIND. DON’T LEAVE THE FRIDGE A MESS.
