Rent date for this time share is forst week of every year. Thursday - Thursday. January 2-9 for the 2025 year. There are no TVs, but you won’t even be thinking about them. Welcome to club Cascadas, a hidden gem in the heart of Cabo, San Lucas. It is situated on the only swimmable beach. this unit has two floors just for you. as you walk in on the first floor you will find your private hot tub. When you proceed inside, you have a large kitchen table, kitchen, ample amount of seating, and a washroom with a shower. As you proceed upstairs, you will find the master bedroom and your own private washroom. This is a very unique property. It’s a private village of resort style villas. There is a restaurant and clubhouse on site gym and spa. Public washrooms. Two public pools and hot tubs with swim up restaurant.
