Welcome to Hermes Ranch House! A peaceful and quiet renovated ranch house in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, located a short five-minute drive to historic downtown Fredericksburg's unique shops, wine-tasting rooms, and fabulous cuisine.

The open floor plan of this gorgeous ranch house is the perfect place for a group of friends or family to spread out and enjoy a luxury experience. Each of the three bedrooms has king-size beds with luxuriously comfortable bedding to ensure a rejuvenating night's sleep, and each has its own TV. The bathrooms both have spacious walk-in showers with beautiful decorative tile.

Soothing mint green cabinetry with black accents and a butcher block countertop adorns the farmhouse-style kitchen. While Fredericksburg offers fantastic cuisine, the kitchen is well-equipped to make a delicious meal if you prefer to dine in during your stay.

The outdoor area is terrific for relaxing after a day on the town; open a bottle of Texas Wine, soak in the hot tub or take in the night sky gathered around the fire pit.

Coco Casita is located on the same property. Book both homes to accommodate a group of up to eight guests. Hermes Ranch House sleeps six, and Coco Casita sleeps 2.

RENTER BEWARE!

Would rate Zero, if possible. Rented property only to find large third party FOR SALE sign in the front yard at arrival. Cozi fraudulently failed to disclose prop was for sale. Our group did not want to be disturbed nor provide approval for prop to be shown during stay. Two alternate, awful and lower cost properties offered as "comparables" by Cozi. Neither were comps and only when challenged did Cozi offer to refund the difference in cost if we accepted. Our group requested immediate cancellation and refund in accordance with the rental agreement. Cozi conveyed their incorrect and slanted interpretation of the agreement and refused to refund.
