Tiete Classic I Stunning 3 Bedroom in Jardins

Summary:
Located in the beautiful neighborhood of Jardins, Tiete Classic (1754 sqft) is close to everything you may need or want. This is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in São Paulo. There are many bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and supermarkets, green grocers, pharmacies, bakeries, pastry shops, cinemas, museums, parks and shopping centers are nearby. Iguatemi, São Paulo's chicest shopping center, is minutes away by taxi or car.

The Space:
Upon entering the marble foyer of Tiete Classic, you’ll be greeted by a grand living room with its sofa, armchairs and large flat screen smart TV. Moving to the left, you will see a transitional dining table that seats 8. You will enjoy the grand views of the Jardins from the 10th floor windows of the living and dining rooms. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and dishwasher, and a unique peninsula that doubles as a breakfast nook. Deeper in the condo, the laundry includes both washer and dryer.

For your comfort, in the master bedroom you will find a California King mattress with another large smart TV, and an en-suite bath with double sinks and a romantic double headed shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and the third a combo with a double bed plus a twin for additional guests. The apartment is both air conditioned and has central heat in the living areas and bedrooms.
As a second ambience, you will enjoy the cozy 'home office' with another sofa, a third large screen TV, and a convenient desk space for your computer.
There is hot water in the bathroom, but not in the kitchen sink and laundry sink.

The Neighborhood:
Jardins or Gardens is one of the wealthiest neighborhoods of the entire city, and one of the best residential locations in town. Within Jardins you'll find Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano, which extend southwest from the high rises of the famous Avenida Paulista. Jardins is dotted with a great variety of famous restaurants, beautiful cafés and high end boutiques. It's one of the nicest areas to walk around and explore on a sunny day. Unless you have a specific site to visit elsewhere, there really is little reason to leave.

Getting Around:
São Paulo's public transport system is fully integrated and you can use the Single Ticket to pay for CPTM buses, minibuses, subways and trains. With it, it is possible to make up to 4 bus trips in the period of three hours or use the metro and the train, within two hours, paying only the complement of the integration. Among the public transport options, the most practical, efficient, fast and comfortable is the subway. São Paulo currently has 5 metro lines in operation. Taxi / Uber is a very common means of transportation in São Paulo. The city has been undergoing constant adaptation works for the implementation of bicycle paths, where it is possible to rent bicycles.
