Fantastic Condo, perfect location

The Condo is really clean and modern and has everything that you need, in fact the whole complex is very well maintained. Fantastic views across the bay and the ocean from the balcony. Great pool area and the on-site restaurant, the Mismaloya Grill, serves really good food.

This is a great complex and very safe. The staff is friendly and helpful. The views from the room are great, the pool is nice and the restaurant is also quite good. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff and check-in process was fantastic the room was ready maid service was adequate views are fantastic the pool and hot tub were great the road is a little noisy it's a great size for two people and convenient to the bus service as well as taxis and or Ubers

Beautiful view from balcony and overall location

Gorgeous location right on ocean. Comfortable condo and amazing restaurant right on premises. We didn’t cook any meals but kitchen seemed to be adequate. Bed was comfy. Really have no complaint other than we could have used maid service more often than we had. Although that probably could have been arranged.

Stay In Mismaloya

Great location! Glad the restaurant was open! Was disappointed in the noise from the beach….too much loud music. At times, couldn’t even hear the ocean. We choose Mismsloya to get away from the crowds and noise. This was just like being in the romantic zone with all the noise. But the views are spectacular, the condos are perfect, the people are very nice.

Mesmerizing views of Mismaloya beach

Absolutely beautiful complex with incredible views onto the bay and ocean. Large heated saltwater pool, two hot tubs, tennis and a gym. Condo staff very friendly and onsite restaurant, the Mismaloya Grill, has amazing food and service (you have to try the desserts !). Condo was as per the listing. Small, compact and very well equipped. Laundry facilities are in the building and not the unit. Balcony has a super view onto the bay and ocean - watched whales 🐋 as we sipped our coffee. Very pleasant stay with excellent communication with the owner. Only major downside is the noise from the road right outside the unit. It does quiet down at night, but still would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Other than that… close to perfect 👍

Great Vacation Location

Really enjoyed the condo & condo complex amenities… tennis, gym, pool (with poolside drinks available from onsite restaurant) and breakfast on our balcony overlooking that amazing view. Other owners/guest all very welcoming and enjoyable. Easy access to PV, Boca, Botanical Gardens etc on local busses. The local beach was easy to access via a stairway and a moderate level of mobility. The condo was very comfortable and covered all our needs; a simple kitchen, but it worked for the nights we ate in. The one thing to mention is for traffic sensitive people - in the bedroom earplugs would be a good idea as you can definitely hear traffic noise from the highway. In the living area of the condo you can’t hear the traffic. The other noise to be aware of is coming from the Barceló all inclusive resort next door that seemed to have something going on continually - music or sometimes announcers (on external speakers) for games? It didn’t overly bother us, but we were aware of it going on in the background and it could be heard both out and inside the condo. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The owner was quick and easy to communicate with and did a beautiful job of making the condo feel modern, clean and spacious.
