HARBOR FRONT Resort on Thames St close to Shops & Bars!

Bundled between the majestic waters of Newport Bay and Historic Thames St. shopping, dining, and drinking, the Newport Onshore Resort will be the ideal New England stay. With Newport as the "Yatching Capital of the World," it is the perfect place to experience all types of boating activities, so once you charter your boat for the day, you can come back and unwind in one of the many pools or sweat it out in the fitness center located on site. Most guest's also love that within walking distance they can find the best museums, antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries while watching the sail boats in the harbor glide past.



Offering spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom resort suites that comfortably sleep four to eight guests and range from 800 to 1,800 square feet. Suites feature private bedrooms with one king bed in the master, one full bed or two twin beds in the guest rooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate the economy of a full kitchen and the convenience of a washer/dryer in each suite. Plus, suites offer a separate living/dining area, and spacious balcony.

A credit card is required for the $250 security deposit requested at check in.



The resort assigns the specific unit around the time of check-in so your view may vary. Let us know if you have a preference to be near a specific location throughout the resort or if you would like a specific view. Had a great ocean front stay for two nights in a 2 bedroom unit. It was fantastic! Beds were super comfortable l. The units were very clean and fresh. Would most definitely stay again! What a view. The hotel staff were all so pleasant and helpful. I only have one complaint that the unit we had the heating vents were not functioning correctly. The master bedroom was freezing and the twin room at the other end of the unit was hot while sleeping.
