New, purpose built, executive holiday home, centre of town.
Our Red Brick Beauty, built in 2022, offers everything you will need on your holiday. Tranquility, space and outdoor living, while being conveniently close to the Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway and only a minutes walk to the heart of Te Aroha's shopping district.
Enjoy watching the sun rise as it crests over Mount Te Aroha from your private deck areas or watch the sun go down around the barbeque after dinner.
Red Brick Beauty will make your stay in Te Aroha feel like home away from home.
This modern house is spaciously laid out with well appointed amentities for guest comfort. A large laundry, office nook and full kitchen/dining and living area means longer stays are effortless. All bedrooms are roomy with private decks and wardrobes.
The full house is available to guests.
We believe in leaving our guests to themselves for full privacy, to enjoy your stay. However, we do live locally if we are needed for any issues that may arise.
Our listing is located on Bryan Lane which is a new development in Te Aroha and consists of a private road with 11 houses in the subdivision. It is located close to the river, skate park and Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway.
All houses are brand new, built within the last 12 months.We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy on our properties (not just inside our house). Any stains or damages due to smoking or vaping will result in additional charges being applied.
Walking into town in easy, with the main street being located just 1 minutes walk away. Additionally, with the cycleway being 10 metres away, biking becomes a great option if you wish to travel further afield.

Hey there. Our TV is brand new and a Samsung, so excellent quality. We checked the sound as no one has commented before and discovered the settings were all messed up. The following guests have since reported all was well, so thanks for letting us know as it allowed us to check and readjust.
Additionally your comment about garbage surprised us. We have a waste disposal unit for food scraps, an undersink rubbish bin and outside is located our wheelie bin for tin and cardboard and bin for glass. Perhaps an instruction manual might help in future?

Why they chose this property
We finished building the Red Brick Beauty in December of 2022 with the sole purpose of her being a holiday rental. This means we have thought carefully about spaces, what we like when we travel. A full kitchen and laundry essential, comfy beds and accessibility to the town. We love her and know you will too.

Red Brick Beauty is just a 2 minute walk to the town centre. She sits 10 metres away from the Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway and is part of a brand new private 11 lot development. Access on the private road is only for these 11 properties so is quiet and tucked away.
