Awesome place to stay

This was an awesome experience from arrival to departure. The place was beautiful, super clean, close to the beach and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were super comfortable and the washer and dryer were super handy. If you can't have a quiet and relaxing stay here I don't know where you would need to go because we loved it and can't wait to go back.

Perfect Getaway!

Beautiful property and great location! Property is as described and immaculate! Resort is very quiet and close proximity to amenities. Parksville offers so many things to do. If you are looking to stay in the area I don’t think you would find better accommodations than this. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Great Stay over Long Weekend

Fabulous townhouse rental and location. The unit had everything you need to cook all your meals, just a few minutes from beach walks, and very clear instructions on how to use everything in the unit. I would stay here again. Thank you, Pam, for being a great host! Ron

Seaside get away

The property was lovely, perfect size for our family. It had beach access and the kids really enjoyed the on site pool. We explored the Englishman River Falls, went mini golfing and spent a some time at Parksville beach/park. It was also ideal that every room had a smart tv for our enjoyment. 100% recommend It

Perfect location not so perfect construction

Nice property, tasteful decor. Lots of construction right next door, contractors smoking and playing music. The a/c is very loud sounds kind of like a tractor. Will be an excellent spot once the construction is done. Would stay here again

Overall everything was very good. I would have given it 5 stars vut there was a couple of things in the bathrooms that need some attention (downstairs bathroom towel holder fell off the first time I used it and the main bedroom toilet paper holder is also loose). But overall a very nice place.

Outstanding!

This was a great place for us and our 2 boys. Super clean and beautiful and quiet. The owners put a lot of energy into making sure every detail was attended to. Beautiful furniture, anything you can think of in the kitchen, places to put laundry, great soap. The place gets tons of sunlight, which we love! Owners were immediately responsive when we had a question. Short and lovely walk to the beach. Easy to get to everything we needed and wanted in town. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Very nice.

The property is very nice and clean. Lots of space for a family of 4. TVs in both bedrooms and board games came in handy. Communication with the host was very easy. The pool is a short walk and easily accessible. There is no deep end, but the kids loved it to beat the heat. The resort itself is located atop a hill, so you need to walk down to the water. There is no beach during high tide. The pathway to the beach access is tricky once you reach the end of the pathway. There is no "step" down to the beach (during low tide), so you need to jump a bit.

Great addition to Sunrise

My family and I, who have two young children, have been visiting Parksville for years. We have always been looking for a great, family location to stay. For the past several years, we have stayed at Sunrise Ridge. The properties are good, but only a few have air conditioning, which is important especially during the summer. Additionally, we are always looking for a location with two bedrooms and at least two bathrooms. This was our first time staying at this location, and it was great! It is newly built with central air conditioning. Additionally, he has a full kitchen. Furthermore, it has two levels, which is great, as I often wake up early and I don't want to disturb my family. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries, and was extremely friendly and pleasant. My family and I will definitely considering this location again the next time we visit Parksville!

What a lovely property! Spacious, clean and well-stocked with anything you would need for your stay. Check in was a breeze and Pam checked in during the stay to see how everything was going. Our kids loved it and didn't want to leave. A great place we would definitely stay in again!
