Detached house (not overlooked) of 90 m2 for 6 people. Peaceful.
Near the BEACH OF GIVING (a sandy beach) which can be reached quickly on foot (20mn), this two-bedroom home, over 90 sqm with sea view in 1500, is surrounded by a garden , 900 m2 very quiet with garden furniture, chairs, barbecue. This garden is planted with shrubs and hedges which shelter from the winds from all sides. A beautiful living room of 45m² is embellished with a large fireplace. We spend several weeks in the year and be sure you will find all the comforts for a pleasant holiday. And tell of the great painter Matis "... the most beautiful corner of France, from the grandiose"
Some is converted into a fully equipped kitchen (even a Nespresso machine - plan pods). Upstairs, two bedrooms of about 16 m² are separated by a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom, with bath, sink and toilet. And a garage used for storage but.

Charmante maison

Une bien jolie maison extrêmement bien équipée rien ne manque. La sensation d être comme chez soi. Idéalement située pour visiter l île et accéder au GR pour de belles balades. Les propriétaires sont soucieux de notre bien être et présents avant pendant et après la location. Un bel endroit pour profiter et se reposer

Très bonne location

Maison très agréable à vivre, avec tout le confort aussi bien pour la cuisine, les chambres, les salles-de-bain, le salon (fauteuils très confortables), l'extérieur (chaises longues, salon de jardin). Le hameau est très calme. Pourtant proche de l'aérodrome, nous n'avons pas du tout été gênés par les avions. La plage n'est pas juste à côté, mais cela fait une ballade. On trouve de tout au point de vue alimentation à Bangor et le Palais est également tout près. Très bonne adresse, nous la conseillons.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Ein perfektes Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage. Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht und top sauber. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und hat uns auch vor der Reise super betreut. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen bestimmt wieder ! Anne und Rolf
