The unit features a comfortable pull-out double futon with a twin bunk bed above. (Max weight for upper twin bunk bed ~100kg). Best suited for a single person, two individuals or an adult and child.

The large kitchenette is equipped with a microwave/convection oven combo, hot plate, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, juicer, rice maker and a full-size fridge.

Large bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Split air/heat pump & air conditioning keeps the unit comfortable all year round.
