Nestled in the heart of Prebbleton, our spacious, family-friendly house awaits you. Enjoy a stress-free stay in our newly furnished, modern home, equipped with everything you need to feel relaxed. We are situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a safe neighbourhood, and are located centrally to multiple wedding venues.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home offers plenty of space and privacy for guests. It comfortably sleeps up to 7 people, with 3 private bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy the fresh air outside in our private, fenced backyard while sipping a glass of local New Zealand wine on the patio. We`ve also included a brand new trampoline for the kids!

We are located 15 minutes outside of Christchurch’s city centre. Christchurch is the largest city on New Zealand’s South Island, and is an international destination that uniquely combines urban regeneration with heritage, culture, and endless adventure!
We are situated in Prebbleton, a suburb southwest of Christchurch. This area is central and easily accessible to numerous wedding venues, gardens, wineries, and nature preserves.
You’ll never run out of things to do and see!
There are parking spaces for 2 cars in our driveway, as well as additional off-street parking in the cul de sac.
Our neighbourhood is walkable, however, a car would be easiest to get around. Uber and taxis are available for hire.
There is public transit that runs right through Prebbleton. The bus line is the 81 Lincoln/City direct, and runs from the city centre to the suburb of Lincoln.

We have set quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be mindful of our neighbours.

2. You`ll be staying in someone`s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
3. Checking in and out. Check-in at 4 pm unless arranged prior Check-out at 10 am unless arranged prior
Any deviation from this is by request only in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Unapproved late check-outs and check-ins will be charged $100/hour.
4. During your stay, only the number of guests confirmed at the time of your booking are permitted to stay. If you bring more people than agreed upon by your reservation you will be asked to leave without refund and / or charged an extra $70 per person per night.
5. The booker or primary guest must be 25+ .
6. Pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet and any incident happens with your pet and any other person or animal, the homeowners are not liable. Any damage caused by your pets inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee plus all replacement costs for any further damages.
7. Quiet hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. As we are in a residential complex, guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours.
8. Parking There should be enough parking for two cars in the front of the house, otherwise park on the parking area in the cul de sac or off the street.
9. No parties or events and no commercial photography. Only pre-approved gatherings are permitted.
10. Smoking, Vaping and Drugs Smoking including vaping is NOT allowed inside and drugs of any kind are NOT permitted in the property. Any damage caused by these actions will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee plus all the replacement costs of any other further damages.
11. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the property, including linens, and living & kitchen furnishings, is not permitted and you will be charged accordingly if anything is removed.
12. Only use appliances for their intended uses. Should any damage occur, please notify the hosts immediately. Any damage to any items at the property, including couches, chairs, tables, wall arts, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure.
13. Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it`s urgent ( water leakage, blocked sewer, broken windows/doors ). If something is broken or not working, please let us know! We will repair/replace after your stay. Any minor issues e.g. ice water dispenser or Xbox are not working, please message us. We will be happy to assist you.
14. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities, as well as loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
15. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper prepare for the next guests:
-Please empty the fridge and put your rubbish / recycling in their designated bins which are normally on the side or back of the property. -Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run. -Please leave sheets and comforters on the beds. -Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure

The house was great for our family including extra consideration for the kids with Xbox, toys, books and a trampoline. A very comfortable stay, the house was extremely clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy walking distance to good cafe and supermarket.

The home had everything you could think of, and you didnt have to rush out to buy anything, including little things like toilet paper, butter, milk to even glad wrap. It was so warm and cosy, which was great for my parents. Would definitely stay there again, and absolutely recommend to others travelling to Chch!

The property was spotlessly clean and tidy. It is very well equipped along with lots of surprising extras. The beds were very comfortable and the dining/living area was spacious with plenty of seating for our group of five adults.

This place is outstanding. Like a 5star hotel. Heaps of complimentary snanks was a bonus. So close to Pemberton estate where our daughters wedding was. Differently going to book this again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.
I have to say that this is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in, the consideration of the owners was brilliant, they have thought of how the home will be used and the people who are in there. From equipment to entertainment for the kids, even enough pegs for the washing... Just wow.

Pampered and welcomed like old friends. That was how my family and I felt staying at Matt’s lovely place. Not only is it in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with great amenities and an easy drive to the city centre, Matt went out of his way to make us feel very much at home with an incredibly well-stocked pantry, much appreciated bathroom toiletries and a treat box filled with the most thoughtful and delicious treats.
