Disliked: Communication

We were sad to see this was not what it said on the booking. There is no ocean views from the room. The AC barely gave any cool air so the room was always hot. They only gave a half a roll of TP for the week. People on site were not friendly. Parking is horrible. It is in a central spot for walking. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Cross the highway is the ocean, but mostly private. Very little beach area.

Great to be close to the Kailua village. Parking can be difficult. All in all, a great experience and we had everything we needed.

Wonderful

The location could not have been in a better part of the town of Kona. We could walk to beach, shop and dine! What a fabulous 10 days spend in beautiful Kona
