Aloha, welcome to our amazing ground floor, garden view condo, in the heart of Kona town close to EVERYTHING! We have finished up with a complete remodel last year. It is all fresh and new just for you to enjoy. We live on island and would like to share are little getaway condo with you. There is a CAL KING Posturepedic bed that is very comfy, along with a Euro Lounge couch. You can enjoy breakfast out on the private lanai with lush garden views and the birds singing to you. Relish in the tranquility of our tropical garden view condo, and the peace knowing there is an on sight management available to offer you any help you might need during your stay. You are only steps away from the beach, loads of restaurants (Kona Inn, Lava Java, etc.), shopping and great sunsets! Public transportation is close by to take you on all your adventures, and the airport is only 15 minuets away. We recently renovated and painted the condo so it has a fresh clean feel, and there is free wifi and AC in the room.

There is a small but efficient kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. Although there is no stove in the condo, there are 2 large BBQ available by the pool area.
We know you will enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Mid-week getaway

Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Perfect for one person. I come to Kona to dive, so I don't spend much time in the condo. It was clean and had everything that I needed for the three days I was there. Would recommend .

This simple studio has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Perfectly located in the heart of Kona where most things are within walking distance. Parking can be limited but, you can park on the street if necessary.

I very much enjoyed my time at the location. I used it as a jump off for a drive on the Northern Loop of the Island. It was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, pool looked nice and the unit was updated, clean and comfortable.

This property is ideally situated by the seaside, various shops and restaurants. It also is a beautiful tropical oasis, surrounded by various flowering plants and fruit trees. Our unit was nice and so clean. The host thought of everything to make our stay there very comfortable and relaxing. I will definitely come back when I visit Kona again. It’s absolutely wonderful property and place to stay, worthy of praise.

Property was centrally located in Kona, which allowed us to walk to restaurants, stores, churches and some beaches. The local Trolley was nearby which gave us ability to go out of the area and return with ease. The pool was beautiful with plenty of chairs. The Tiki torches were lit each night and we could BBQ and eat poolside. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Fabulous Location

Stayed for one week by myself. My unit was a studio, suitable for solo traveler or couple. Nice Lanai with table and chairs. Enjoyed my morning coffee there every morning. Roomy bathroom with stand up shower, no tub. Comfortable sofa, TV, all the beach stuff including towels, cooler, snorkeling equipment. Nice pool with hot tub. Kitchen has full fridge, sink, coffee maker, microwave, utensils, glassware and dishes. No stove or oven. Bed was very comfortable. The location could not be better. Out the front door and 1 minute walk to Alii drive in the heart of all of the action in Kona. 5 minute drive to Safeway. Definitely would stay here again.

A Cautionary Tale: Cockroach in the bed - please read

PLEASE read this if you're looking to stay here after May 2023. I booked this place for my fiancé and me to attend a wedding for 7 days. Check-in was easy, but when we got to the room, we pulled back the sheets and there was a large COCKROACH on the BED. It skittered down the headboard and out of sight. We immediately left and called VRBO. They contacted the host, David, who declined to issue a refund. VRBO then said they also can't issue a refund unless I can send a picture of the cockroach. I spent 30 minutes tearing apart the room with no luck. I took a picture of the feces the cockroach left on the bed, but VRBO said it was not good enough. I called David myself and asked why he declined my refund. He basically called me a liar, and that this has never happened before. He offered to change the bed sheets, but would not refund my $1300. Luckily, we were able to book last minute accommodations just up the road, so we left that same day. So if you are looking to stay here, just know that the cockroach is STILL IN THE ROOM. Since David didn't believe me, he probably hasn't done anything to get rid of it. If you are unfortunate enough to see it, but not get a picture of it, David will happily decline your refund and ruin your vacation. It's not worth the stress and anger I went through, and I highly recommend just booking someplace else. I'm still working with my credit card company to try and get my money back. Thanks for nothing, David.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our host brought us extra towels and garbage bags when we needed some. We were a 2 min walk to Ali'i dr, where all thr shops and restaurants were and we could watch the sunset every night. Less than a block away was a farmers market that had fresh local fruits and veggies and other souvenirs that you would by on vacation. The pool was refreshing and i met some really nice people from other parts of the U.S at the hot tub. We had a great stay and it was just what we needed to relax and have fun on our trip.

There is no better view in this convenient ground floor condo! Location is near enough to airport . It's centrally located to go north /east or south/west to see all the island. We prefer to make meals and we had basically everything needed in the kitchen. The condo has been nicely decorated to a good standard. Clean. It was hot with heat/humidityindex of 95-95 so we were grateful for the A/C

We are also on island to help you with any questions you might have about the island or local attractions.

Why they chose this property

We chose this condo because it is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay with a tropical landscape setting. It is located across the street from the ocean and beach and is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. Some of the restaurants have seating right at the edge or above the water.

What makes this property unique

They say that the three most important things about a property are location, location and location. In my opinion there is no better location for a condo on the Island then right in the heart of Kona Town.
