Beautiful crossing apartment, of standing, located on the 1st floor of a recent residence, with elevator.
Entrance with cupboard.
Modern American kitchen open to a bright living room overlooking the 40 m2 garden-terrace facing south-west without vis-à-vis.
1 bedroom with a large 160 cm bed.
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 cm.
1 bedroom with 2 pull-out beds of 90 cm.
1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 shower room with WC
A separate toilet.
All bedrooms have large sliding closets.
Accessible disabled.
Car not essential, close to all shops, beaches and port. Arrival possible on foot via the SNCF train station (10 mins on foot).
Near railroad side terrace, low nuisance. Listed very quiet rooms because overlooking the dead end.
The apartment is perfectly suited to families (2 adults + 3/4 children or 4 adults + 2 children) or 2 couples of adults. Please note that the beds will not be suitable for 6 adults / adolescents.

Parfait
Appartement tres bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces, et en même temps au calme.L'appartement est bien équipé. Toutes sortes d'excursions possibles dans cette belle région et un accueil très agréable à l'arrivée.Nous y reviendrons!! Merci aux propriétaires de prendre soin de leurs hôtes.

Excellente location de rêve
Nous avons passé de nouveau un séjour dans cet appartement d'un très grand confort rien ne manquait ( espace, clim, internet, terrasse, TV dans 3 pièces, propreté, emplacement parking couvert). Tous les ingrédients de bonnes vacances ont été réunis. La plage est à proximité, les commerces sont proches, un immense marché du Dimanche matin est installé tout le long de la mer de ST RAPH au port de FREJUS le bonheur assuré, sans oublier les diverses animations avec les restaurants et les boutiques. De nombreuses visites sont à exploiter.

Location propre, spacieuse et calme, proche de toutes commodités. ( gare SNCF et routière à 7 mins à pied, centre ville à 5 mins, plage idem). Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et je recommande cette location sans réserve. Nous y retournerons....

C'est avec plaisir que nous sommes revenus dans cet appartement pour la troisième fois! Confortable, bien situé, spacieux pour notre grande famille, bien équipé. Il y a toujours de nouvelle choses à voir ou à faire dans la région, sur la côte et dans l'arrière-pays. Nous apprécions aussi la qualité des échanges par e-mail avec les propriétaires et la présence du voisin qui s'occupe de donner les clefs et qui est disponible pendant le séjour en cas de soucis. C'est une location à recommander!
