Entertaining custom home with 180 degree views of the Rocky Mountains

5 acres with Stunning views, large decks, and covered outdoor living spaces make for the perfect gathering place for friends and family. This 5 bedroom, architecturally designed home is 20 minutes from Calgary Alberta and 45 minutes to the Rocky Mountains which has some of the best skiing in the world.

The home is large enough for families and groups but feels very welcoming and comfortable. Whether you are cooking on the BBQ in the covered patio or sitting next to the outdoor fire-pit, the views will take your breath away. Relax at night with a glass of your favourite vino while sitting in the hot tub and gazing at the stars.

This is a great place for small (Max 25 people) weddings, family reunions and get togethers which can be booked for an additional fee.

The home has 3 large decks and a covered patio with wood burning fireplace. The upper deck is a great place to relax at the end of the day around the fire table with stunning views. The lower deck surrounds a wood burning fire pit for roasting marshmallows or hotdogs and the 3rd deck off the Bedrooms is perfect for your morning coffee.

The gourmet kitchen comes with 6 burner dual fuel stove and all the amenities required to make your own special dinner nights. Dinning table for up to 10 looks out over the hill and out to the mountains.

The 5 bedrooms are all bright with great views and more importantly great bedding.
Theatre room provides a fun night of watching TV or Blue-ray movies in 3D with full 7 channel surround sound. The reclining theatre seating is so comfortable you may have a hard time staying awake.

The world renowned Rocky Mountains are less than an hour away for world class skiing or just a day of hiking. Calgary is less than 20 minutes away and Cochrane is only 5 minutes away for great access to restaurants and unique shops. You are even close enough to get your favourite food delivered.

Beautiful home with stunning views! The kitchen/living/dining areas are connected in an open layout manner allowing for easy conversation. The bedrooms were large and clean and a few of them have great views as well. The hosts made the check-in process easy and were responsive all thru! Definitely recommend this place for a family stay.

Beautiful location

We had our wedding ceremony here. This is such a beautiful location and the hosts are very welcoming. The property was clean and pretty much had everything you need. I definitely recommend renting this place.

This house was perfect for our family of 12. 8 adults and 4 young children. The house was very clean and gave us all a lot of room for our large family. I really liked that it was well -stocked with essentials and some non-essentials too upon our arrival. The view was spectacular as promised. Cochrane is a central place to stay for all the tourist spots. The hot tub was a great addition to our holiday!

We had the most amazing time catching up with family in this beautiful home. Amazing Place!

Incredible home with the nicest most accommodating hosts! We absolutely loved our stay. The house is incredible. Beautiful sunsets every night. Very secluded we never felt like we were being too loud. The house has everything you could ever need! We cooked all our meals for 13 people and had an absolute blast the entire time. One of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at

We cannot thank Bruce and Cecily enough for allowing us to host our family and friends in this beautiful home and property. It is truly a state-of-the art home with so many little details that just made our stay so perfect. They truly have thought of everything that guests might need and we would love to come back another time - we didn't want to leave!!! AMAZING Wedding and Stay

We rented this VRBO for our wedding ceremony and reception. It was wonderful being able to have the immediate family staying under one roof, as well the house and grounds were big and spacious enough to have a total of 30 people in it without feeling crowded. And the view is something you can’t beat. Absolutely STUNNING Communication with Bruce and Cecily was easy, and responses were almost immediate. Had an issue during the stay and Bruce was there within the hour to help out and get it all fixed! Would recommend this stay to everyone! Thank you Bruce and Cecily!!
