Relax in the sun with your morning coffee or your glass of wine in the evening on the deck.....or soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the breath taking lake and mountain views and occasional wildlife. Just 10 minutes to downtown Kelowna and close to many of the local wineries & restaurants this is a home away from home!
More to note, Stairs to GARDEN LEVEL walk-out suite, large living room w/ gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms, main has 4 pce ensuite & there is a 2nd small 3 pce bathroom off the living room. Kitchen has induction stove top, large toaster oven, microwave & dishwasher. 3 season sitting area w/electric fireplace & sliding doors to covered deck, fire table, barbecue and hot tub!

***FOR THE SECURITY OF OUR GUESTS AND THE SAFETY OF OUR HOME, WE HAVE AN EXTERNAL DOORBELL SECURITY CAMERA LOCATED AT THE KEYLESS ENTRY DOOR!
