The most spectacular views of Mt Hood are yours to enjoy at the Clear Creek Cabin, a spacious 3-level home on acreage. Enjoy the view of Mt Hood and the Mt Hood National Forest from the great room, decks and yard while you and your guests take in the calmness of the bubbling sounds of Clear Creek. Cook a fabulous feast in the kitchen with Mt Hood views. Walk out to the view deck to grill dinner on the gas BBQ, then gather around the propane firepit for the evening. This cozy cabin is located in a quiet, serene setting off the beaten path with views of Mt Hood and the Mt Hood National Forest. You will be close to Mt Hood National Forest trails for summer and winter fun. However, you may never want to leave this peaceful and relaxing cabin.

The main great room includes the kitchen and dining table where you can all gather while preparing meals and eating. This leads out to the mountain-viewing deck with the gas BBQ and outside dining area. The gas BBQ is located on the side deck off of the kitchen. If the weather doesn’t cooperate during your visit, there is a covered porch for your convenience.

You will find a game room with a card table and foosball table in the basement-level bedroom. There is a half bath just across the hall. The main level bedroom offers a king bed. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower just across the hall from the bedroom. The loft en suite offers a view of stunning view of Mt Hood. There is a queen bed and sitting area.

The homeowners are happy to offer guests high-speed internet service provided by StarLink. StarLink is top of a line internet satellite service.

Enjoy the backyard deck with the mountain views while you grill dinner on the gas BBQ and enjoy your meal at the outside dining table. Enjoy sharing your tales of the day's adventures while you sit around the firepit as the sun sets on Mt Hood. Your dog is welcome to join you at the Clear Creek Cabin for an additional charge.

Smelly, no views

This property DOES NOT have views of mount hood or any streams/creeks/rivers as listed. We did not get directions on how to get there and the road it's on doesn't exist so it took about an hour of trying to guess where it might be with no signal. We drove down a long gravel road with signs saying no trespassing, residents only, properties being monitored, dead end, 10mph max, don't kick up dust, etc, and finally found the "road" of the address. This moss-encrusted house hides in the trees with no view of anything. No sunlight touched it. Once inside, it smells!! Mold, decaying structure, and wet dog smells. No updates or remodeling since probably the 80s. The front deck it metal, rusty, used-to-be-painted(?). The listing agency posted HDR photos that make the inside look MUCH better lit than it is. They also make it look more spacious. We didn't stay and had to press the hosting compang to help us find another place on short notice. This place is absolutely, in no way, worth the going rate. Not for the area, not anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to get down the gravel road and then another 25 to get to government camp in good conditions, so if you're trying to see anywhere outside of the cabin it's not convenient because there isn't much going on nearby other than a few hiking trails.

Needs work

The location of the house is lovely and we loved sitting out on the deck. Now, when we first entered the house, we were hit with a strong musty, mildew smell. It was very strong. It was coming from the game room with multiple beds. We avoided that area. The loft bed was comfortable but the main floor bedroom needs a new mattress. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. It is an older house with quirky features, but that was charming.
