This property is located just 800 meters to Dunsborough Town centre and is joined by a leafy pathway offering secure access by foot or by bike providing the perfect base to explore the Town, surrounding beaches and the Margaret River region. Tall trees provide the backdrop for you to enjoy a beverage of choice and a BBQ on the balcony while taking in the serenity of the natural setting.



The Space:

Step inside and you will be impressed by the finish of all rooms the Villa has to offer, including 2 large Queen bedrooms and 2 separate shower rooms that provide maximum comfort and privacy if sharing with friends and family. The fully equipped open plan Kitchen & Lounge area with wide screen TV are spacious in design and have comfort and relaxation in mind for any length of stay.



The Neighborhood:

The famous surf break of Yallingup beach & Caves House including the renowned Ngilgi Cave are only a 5 mins drive away, Meelup & Eagle Bay beaches and surrounding attraction are approx.10 mins drive. The wine region, including its restaurants, cafes & Arts and crafts centres are right on your doorstep!

Cape Villa

The property is centrally located to all that Dunsborough had to offer. We could not have picked a better location , the accomodation had everything our family needed and the facilities were excellent. Perfect spot for a family getaway, one of our best family holidays.

Very comfortable and close to nature

Nice and quiet, lovely to hear the thud of kangaroos nearby at night along with movement in the trees, which we assumed were possums. A little bandicoot hanging around our deck, with little fear. Modern and clean, with a great location.

Good location as it’s walking distance Unfortunately the scooters don’t get that far but overall happy with the stay New villa Fan is not working but wasn’t that bad Thanks
