Our stay was fabulous. The place was unbelievably clean. There was no dust anywhere. You felt so good going into the house. It was very inviting. The kitchen was spotless and there are enough pots, pans and bakeware. Nothing was missing and we had everything we needed. The in floor heat might have been a few degrees low to keep the house warm. We always had a chill in the house, even with the baseboard heaters set around 20/21 for each room. The showers and bathrooms were kept so clean, that you felt good taking a shower. The view was beautiful, love all the pine trees. The garage was wonderful to be able to get geared up and geared down for snowmobiling. Love the drying set up as well. Overall the stay was wonderful The only downfalls were some of the bedding was washed in a detergent that had a strong fragrance and dryer sheets were used. It would be nice if a non fragrant detergent and drier sheets were used, as some guest can be allergic to string smells and this makes their stay unpleasant. The other downfall was that the check in time of 5pm was late especially if your travelling with a child, and a younger child at that, it makes it hard to eat, get settled and get the little off to bed without feeling rushed and typically most families eat around 5.Did find that the price was quite high for the 3 nights we stayed. Yes it was a big sled weekend but the cost was close to a grand a night after all the taxes. Ok if you have a big group not so great for a family

Thank you for your review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay. We often accommodate earlier arrivals if guests reach out in advance and the schedule allows, so please let us know if an earlier check-in time is desired. Regarding the in-floor heat temperature, we do find that if windows or doors are left open for extended periods of time in cold months, the temperature in the house will feel cooler. We are always happy to assist if you are struggling with temperature adjustments during a stay and we encourage guests to reach out anytime if something doesn't feel quite right so we can help right away. With respect to pricing, rates do vary based on demand, particularly during peak snowmobiling weekends. The home is designed to comfortably host larger groups of up to ten guests, which often makes it a great value when shared among several travelers. Thank you again for your kind words about the home and for staying with us. We're glad your family had an overall wonderful visit and we would be happy to host you again in the future.
What a great central location for this house. We rode 2 days just from the house and got up to the warming cabin and played all day. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space. The garage/shop was great to hang our gear in to get dried and warm for the next day. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit.
