Comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with living room and dining room with an open fireplace. Privately located on 25 acre farm with no visible neighbouring houses. Surrounded by a balcony to sit and take in the views. Less than 3 km from Yackandandah Township and conveniently located just off the main arterial road . linking Wodonga and Yackandandah. Horses graze in the surrounding paddocks which are also frequently visited by kangaroos and deer from the adjacent bush. The house has undercover parking for two cars.. Yackandandah is a beautiful historic town with gold mining origins, it has pubs, cafes and restaurants and it’s own whisky distillery. Yackandandah is a great centrally located town from which to explore the surrounding North Eastern Victorian towns of Beechworth, Chiltern, Rutherglen, Bright and Mount Beauty. Please note for guest safety there is no access to surrounding paddocks.
