Why they chose this property

Hidden away from hustle and bustle of sub-urban life, this property has private paddocks with horses and sheep. The accommodation has a cozy indoor wood fireplace for you to enjoy during cold Melbourne’s nights. Selection of fine teas, butter, bread, fresh milk, ground coffee and a pod coffee machine are provided to make your stay even more comfortable. Upstairs you will find spacious bedroom with queen size bed and luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. Fully functioning kitchen, electric stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher (no external cooking equipment please!). One of the kitchen windows is overlooking the arena where you can watch from a distance our friendly agisters and horses.

For equestrian enthusiast we can arrange a paddock for rent during your stay and for those who just love watching our equine friends from a distance it's a perfect chance to enjoy a unique country stay.

The accommodation is attached to the Stable building, it has a separate entrance, under cover car parking, private and secluded backyard with patio and garden. Please feel free to walk along the driveway and watch horses, ducks and sheep in the private paddocks. All horses are staying in their own paddocks and there are no animals in the Stable building.

NOTE: Bedroom is located upstairs and is not suitable for families with young children. Due to this reason, we do not accept booking for persons under 14 years of age.

What makes this property unique

Contactless check in via key lockbox (next to the letter box) at the front gate. We have two gates operated by remote control (small button for the top gate and larger button for the middle gate). Signs for guests are installed along the driveway (which is half of kilometre long) showing directions to the Stable building and private parking for guests. Please note, we have well maintained gravel driveway (it's not sealed). The accommodation is to the right at the end of driveway, you will see the signs showing where to turn and signs for car parking. If any troubles just message us via Airbnb, we aim to respond as quickly as we can.
