About this property
A Luxury Haussmann Designed From 1863- A Masterpiece In Passy
If you like luxury, the 16th district is for you. It is one of the finest, authentic Parisian and safest district in Paris. With its large residential streets, Haussmann facades and small courtyards, the 16th is where the elite live.
The Apartment is located at rue Lekain , is not just all about historical charm - this upmarket area features designer boutiques, Joseph, Kenzo, Guerlain and L'Occitane rub shoulders with more familiar names such as Gap and Esprit. When tired out from shopping, the numerous delightful tea rooms, gourmet store and pastries shops provide you with a welcome break.
Spacious and with lots of natural sunlight from the floor to ceiling white wooden windows, this apartment is a great rest bite in central Paris.
This 85 sqm apartment located on high floor with an elevator in an historic Parisian building completely renovated in a contemporary style, includes a large bedroom, one double living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a modern kitchen and designed bathroom.
The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. Sleeps two guests in the large bedroom and possibly a third in the living room (single sofa bed) with still plenty of space to spare.
The kitchen has everything you need to make a tea or coffee in the morning or a full French meal in the evening. The bakery at the corner is one of the best for your croissant and baguette.
The bathroom has a large shower and a toilet.
Nestled in the South part of the very smart 16th arrondissement, Auteuil used to be a village outside of Paris proper. It's a very residential area - your neighbours will mainly be affluent Parisians who have been living here for generations as well as lots of young families, attracted by the pretty, safe and quiet feel of the place. This is definitely not the part of town to let your hair down in. The streets are filled with large private villas, including the grand and well-known Villa Montmorency. It's a charming part of town with an authentic village feel that has somehow survived its becoming part of the city: it has its own little church, market and plenty of boutique shops, and it's got cultural clout too. It was Proust's birthplace, no less, and was also a place of peaceful retreat for plenty of artists back in the day.
